We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Singapore and Australia. 
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
In most cases we will use Epacket, which is a tie up with the United States Postal Service and China as a fast flexible shipping option that provides a delivery confirmation service. The confirmation service allows customers to easily monitor and locate their package at no additional cost. Epacket has now expanded into 35 other countries including Canada and Australia. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
My Loved Kitty carefully selects products that you're going to love and typically are in high demand. However, we will process orders within 3 business days and will ship out in multiple packages for faster delivery. On average to the United States, a package can take 10-20 business days to arrive from the date of shipment. Other countries may see similar or slightly longer average shipping time up to 36 days. Around half the time is spent reaching the destination, while the other half is spent being routed to the proper facilities before making it to the customer in the destination country. The provided tracking number with the order will always let you check the status. Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other delays, shipping times can vary. Please allow for longer shipping times during peak period sales and holiday seasons. This may occur near Christmas and other major holidays due to the post offices experiencing higher mail volume. If you have concerns, we are happy to help by emailing support@mylovedkitty.com. 

Orders and Returns

A tracking number will be provided to you via your email address once the order has been processed and shipped. The email link within the email will allow you to easily check the status of your order. Note that it may take 5 days or more for the tracking information to be visible. 
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS OR TAXES?
The prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Deliveries go through traditional customs clearances which may require customers to pay any applicable duties and taxes on arrival. It is best to check with your local laws to see when you would have to pay duties/taxes on imported purchases and for what kinds of items.
As such, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives in its final destination, which is determined by your local customs offices. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office. 
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM(S) RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?
Please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include information of your order number, photographs of the items(s) and packaging. We will always strive to resolve your case as soon as possible.
